How much does coaching cost?

It varies depending on the commitment and nature of the engagement. Rates start from £50/hr after the initial consultation call.

Does coaching guarantee results?

No – the responsibility of results starts and ends with the coachee, but we agree to both push towards the desired positive outcomes.

Is the relationship confidential?

I hold myself to the highest ethical standards of the ICF. Only pre agreed information will be shared outside the coaching relationship.

How does billing work?

Depending on the partnership, either session by session or advance of the contracted sessions, paid via invoice.

Can my employer sponsor me?

Absolutely. Coaching can be a fantastic investment of a personal L&D budget. I can share more of the process in the first call.

Are coaches domain experts?

Usually not. Coaches use domain agnostic tools and techniques to help the coachee reflect on, understand and progress.
